Astolia is operated by Adam Aesthetics LLC ("Astolia," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through astolia.clinic, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit our consultation form or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

Your name
Email address
Phone number
The message you send us describing what you are hoping to address
Your separate SMS and email marketing consent choices, recorded independently of each other

We also collect ordinary website analytics, such as pages viewed and general visit information, to understand how our site is used and to improve it.

When you submit our consultation form or start a booking, we also collect your device's IP address and browser information (the "user agent" your browser sends with each page). We use this information only to measure our advertising with Meta, and we keep it for up to 90 days.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
To arrange and confirm appointments and consultations
To provide the aesthetic and wellness services you request
To send marketing text messages or marketing emails, but only if you separately opted in to that channel on our consultation form

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate our website, scheduling and messaging. These providers process your information only as needed to help us provide our services to you, and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

SMS and mobile information

We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors that help us provide the messaging service.

We do not sell personal information, including mobile information, to any third party for any purpose.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving SMS marketing messages at any time.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us, to stop receiving marketing emails at any time.
Contact us to request access to, or deletion of, your personal information.
